At Galarneau's Gems
we cut our own stones. WCR stands for we cut rocks. Marty and I do most of the
cutting and jewelry making. Facetted and concave gemstones, custom cut cabochons,
and gemstone jewelry are our main products. Our goal is to provide you with custom
cut gemstones at the best possible price. Buy directly from the cutter and you get custom
shaped stones, with custom cuts, with the most brilliance, and the best value for your
dollar. No middleman. Sometimes I will buy stones and jewelry from other
manufacturers. I buy these stones either because they are a very good value or they are
rare. These items will not be sold until they are closely scrutinized and properly
described. All known gemstone enhancements will be disclosed for each stone.
Pictures:
The pictures that appear on this web-site were taken by a Sony MVC-FD100 camera and processed through Adobe PhotoShop LE software. What
I see on my monitor is as close to what I see with my eyes as I can get. The image
editing is used to correct inadequacies of the pictures, not to achieve perfection or hide
imperfection. The pictures are not life size. The file size of each picture is about
200k for most of them. Some are larger to show the detail. Please give them time to load.
Please refer to the size and descriptions given for the
proper size and color.
The gemstone you receive may look slightly different in color
than what you see on your monitor due to your own monitors
characteristics. Please use the photo and the description of color as a guide only.
Return
Policy:
You have five days from the receipt of
your order to examine it. You may return any or all of your order for any reason. If
it is your intention to return the order, please e-mail or call us within the five
day period. Any returns should be sent by Registered
Insured Mail.
Upon receipt here, a refund (less shipping/handling charges) will immediately be sent or
credited.

answering machine are not available to the public. We do not sell or provide any

Normal shipping and handling
charge start at $6.00, plus insurance. Overseas delivery starts at $7.00 plus
insurance. Delivery will be made through U.S. Priority mail. Arrangements can
be made for UPS/FedEx., or Overnight services.
Check or Money Order
If you are paying by check or
money order, we will put your order on hold until payment clears the bank. It will
then be shipped within twenty- four hours. Make the check out to:

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discovery,
and Visa. For credit card users, one option is to use the
"split e-mail" method to send credit card information. To do this, send
the billing name and address with the first half of the digits in one e-mail, followed by
a second e-mail with the other digits and expiration date. Also include a mailing
address if different from the billing address. E-mail is checked twice a day . Information will be recorded and removed from the server
and the hard drive. For complete safety, the phone is the best method.
